I started training with Nicky initially as I wanted to tone up for my wedding day...that was almost 3 years ago...

Since then I have been hooked and trained for a variety of events (with the help and guidance from Nicky) ranging from marathons, 100 mile bike rides and even a half iron man.

Nicky tailors each session to me and my specific goals. They are always enjoyable and challenging and no week is the same. (Thank goodness, who wants to do roll outs every week??)

My body has grown stronger and I have progressed from not being able to do any push ups to now being able to do many.

Whether you just want to tone up or reach a certain goal, Nicky is fun and knowledgeable and will help in achieving this. I can’t recommend her enough
