Options Available

There are many ways you can exercise to a healthier you.

Below are ways in which I currently train clients.

  • Personal one-to-one. Tailored programmes to get you to your goals.
  • Couples/pairs - these can comprise partners, family or friends. Each person would be given their own programme based on ability and goals.
  • Groups - a fun way to work out with family and/or friends. This would comprise some fun activities plus some circuits. Suitable for all abilities as exercises would be chosen with variations to cover everybody. Min. 4 people - max. 8 people.
  • Online training - comprising a video consultation followed by a four week progressive programme with the first session of every programme conducted via video to ensure the exercises are understood and performed with the correct technique.
